Dead Within Days @ MGRFest | July 26th, 2025

On July 26th, 2025, I found myself at übergeek in Riverhead, NY, for MGRFest, put on by Moon Groove Records. It was an amazing Punk/Metal festival that went on all day! I had such a blast and found some new bands to throw into my rotation! I also bought way too much merch from everyone.

Dead Within Days is the world's only metal band to feature a blind lead singer, which is so cool. Joel, the lead singer, was wandering around the event, and I was wondering why a visually impaired person was walking around here without ear protection. Turns out, they're just one of the loudest screaming people there.
